Greetings Armstrong Families,
At a district level we maintain a fully developed capital planning cycle for the care and upkeep of all six schools in our district. This document is updated annually and submitted to a larger town planning committee that works to organize the rotation of projects into financial planning. As you can imagine, the upkeep of six large buildings is complex and expensive. Over the past seven years the town and school department have worked to respond to our immediate overcrowding needs by adding classroom space along with repairs to buildings. With appropriate space now established, we are focusing on larger repairs.
